Shift your mindset from "I can't" to "I'll learn"

There was a time when I genuinely believed I couldn’t run a business
Not in the “I need to learn more” way, but in the deep, core belief that I wasn’t wired for it.
👉🏻 I couldn’t focus long enough to do things the right way.
👉🏻 I avoided anything that felt too corporate or businessy because I didn’t belong in that world.
👉🏻 I changed directions a million times because if something didn’t work immediately, I assumed it never would.
👉🏻 I burned myself out trying to prove I was good enough.
👉🏻 I undercharged because I was afraid my work wouldn’t be valued at higher prices.
And when I saw others succeeding while I was stuck in the same cycle it was confusing, frustrating, and made me question if I was meant to do this at all.
But here’s what I’ve learned:
It was never about talent.
It was never about how good I was at floristry or how much potential I had.
It was about my mindset. I was self sabotaging.
The moment I switched from “I can’t” to “I’ll learn”, things started to change.
🌿 Instead of avoiding the business side, I learned how to make it work for me.
🌿 Instead of jumping from idea to idea, I stayed consistent and built momentum.
🌿 Instead of waiting for permission, I took up space and let my work be seen.
🌿 Instead of doubting my prices, I owned my value and watched my business grow.
And now?
I wake up knowing that I have full control over my success.
My creative vision is trusted, my work is in demand, and I get to run my business instead of feeling like it’s running me.
If any of this hits home for you, I see you.
I was you.
And I promise, the shift you’re looking for is possible.
